Mr. Slovin has practiced tax and business planning for individuals, corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies for over twenty-five years.  Mr. Slovin represents closely held businesses and health care professionals, with an emphasis on coordinating business planning issues with income, Estate Planning and Asset Protection Planning and Retirement Planning issues.  He also has extensive experience in tax litigation from the IRS administrative levels up through and including a favorable decision in the United States Supreme Court (Cottage Savings Association v. Commissioner). Mr. Slovin has been recognized in both Best Lawyers in America and Ohio Super Lawyers.
