Mr. Schwartz was formerly a trial attorney in the office of Chief Counsel - Internal Revenue Service. He has litigated a multitude of tax cases involving individual, estate, gift, partnership and corporate tax issues. Mr. Schwartz advises clients on essential tax, estate, financial, health care, Retirement Planning opportunities. His practice also involves counseling clients planning for the succession of their closely held businesses, including Mergers and Acquisitions, sales, and reorganizations. He has extensive experience in raising venture capital and financing business and Real Estate acquisitions.
