Orly Rumberg practices in the areas of health care law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and non-profit corporations. She holds an undergraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University. Ms. Rumberg earned a Juris Doctorate at Case Western Reserve School Of Law.

Orly Rumberg's health care area of practice provides essential support to physicians, hospitals, health systems and long-term care clients with respect to corporate and regulatory aspects of health care delivery.  She has experience in compliance issues, risk management, fraud and abuse law, Stark anti-referral law, Medicare/Medicaid regulation, Health Care Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, insurance regulation, tax-exempt bond financing, contracting, medical staff and credentialing issues, and OSHA regulations.

Ms. Rumberg publishes a monthly Health Care Update newsletter focusing on regulatory issues. Also, Ms. Rumberg is a frequent speaker on health care compliance and regulatory issues throughout the Cincinnati area.
