Mark practices in the areas of probate law, estate planning, estate and trust administration, taxation, and corporate law.  He attended The University of Notre Dame (B.A. 1981), The University of Toledo College of Law (J.D. 1984), and Washington University School of Law’s Graduate Program of Taxation (LL.M. 1996), where he concentrated his studies in estate planning, estate and gift taxation, and the income taxation of trusts and estates.  He was a member of  The University of Toledo Law Review.  Mark previously served as Magistrate for the Honorable Wayne F. Wilke, Probate Division, Hamilton County Common Pleas Court, and as Magistrate and Probate Court Administrator in Perry County, Ohio.  Mark also has significant prior experience in the private practice of law concentrating in estate planning, probate, trust and estate administration, and taxation.  He is admitted to practice in Ohio and Georgia (inactive).  Mark has served as lecturer in probate law and taxation for the Cincinnati Bar Association and other organizations.
