Debbe practices in the areas of ERISA, taxation, estate planning, probate and estate administration, charitable planning, retirement planning, retirement distribution planning, and elder law. She has been in practice for over 25 years, spending three of those years as a staff attorney with the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Debbe received a graduate law degree (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York University in 1983 and her law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1979, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as editor of the Law Review. Debbe received her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri in 1975 (magna cum laude).

She has an AV rating in Martindale-Hubbell and is OSBA Board Certified in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. Debbe is listed in the 2005-2006 edition of The Best Lawyers in America and has been recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer by Law and Politics magazine.

Debbe is a member of the American, Ohio State, and Cincinnati Bar Associations, the Greater Cincinnati Planned Giving Council, the Cincinnati Estate Planning Council, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and Cincinnati Fine Arts Fund Planned Giving Advisory Council.
