Orly R. Rumberg, Esq.

William S. Wyler's practice has been focused on computer, Internet, software, and technology law for over 20 years—before most attorneys knew that computer law existed.  His practice also includes intellectual property matters, including trademark, trade secrets, and copyright law. He has an in-depth knowledge of contracts, the Uniform Commercial Code, licensing, and development agreements. He engages in litigation in the areas in which he practices.

His accomplishments include:

  • Appointed to membership in the Ohio Supreme Court's Advisory Committee on Court Technology by Chief Justice Thomas Moyer
  • Appointed to the Board of the Center for Information Technology and the Law, a joint project of the University of Cincinnati College of Law and School of Business
  • Cofounder of Computer Law with Breakfast seminar series sponsored by WVXU public radio
