Nancy J. Burns

Nancy J. Burns, Esq. Nancy J. Burns concentrates her practice on estate planning including living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, estate administration, small business corporations, and tax. She also advises families who are caring for their elderly parents.

Nancy, the mother of four young children, frequently speaks to parents’ groups on the importance of estate planning and wealth preservation. She is also active in the International Adoption Center at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Nancy has also appeared on television, radio, and in the newspaper to talk about providing for pets if the owner becomes disabled or dies.
